Appointments are made on a first come, first served basis for all well visits.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to fill out paperwork.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you will have to reschedule or wait to be worked in, if time permits.
Make sure that we are covered on your insurance plan to prevent you from receiving a bill. Also make sure that you have selected us as the PCP, should your insurance require this. If not, it may result in the visit not being paid by your insurance, or you owing a larger copay or deductible.
Always have your copay with you upon arrival. We cannot legally see your child without collecting your copay.
